Belle Époque Airs and More for Easter: Celebrations
In San Isidro, on Friday, April 7 Alo’s Bistro will offer an attractive Easter menu paired with Rutini Wines: Rutini Brut Nature Collection, Gran Chardonnay, Rutini Pinot Noir Collection y Rutini Malbec Headed.
As a snack, a bonito tuna pie will be offered; as a first course there will be seaweed gnocchi, anchovies, anchovies and watercress; as a second course, black hake with bagna cauda of mushrooms and hazelnuts and, for dessert, torreja, fried milk ice cream and figs.

Participating in the luncheon will be the line Domain with the labels Dominio Rutini Malbec Cabernet Franc 2017, Domaine Rutini Chardonnay 2020 y Dominio Rutini Extra Brut.
The extensive menu will offer a choice of starters, with empanadas de vigilia, cheese and charcuterie board, beet carpaccio, merken peanut brittle, vegetable cheese, lemon vinaigrette and humita salad.
The main courses are seafood, fish or meat: Aberdeen Angus tenderloin, Black Angus steak, squid, prawns and national catch of the day.
Side dishes include pumpkin puree, green leaf salad, grilled vegetables and Duhau french fries.
Finally, there will be an Easter sweet table, including Rutini Wines wines, soft drinks, coffee or tea and petits fours, as well as an Easter egg from Duhau Pâtisserie as a gift for each table.
