La Huella’s Traveling Gourmet Experience in Standard 69: Flavors of Sea, Land and Fire with Rutini Wines

In June The Parador La Huella becomes itinerant, displaying his creations in three provinces of our country. On Thursday 8 will be presented in Casa Cassisin Bariloche, Río Negro; on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 it will delight diners at La Rosa – Patios de Cafayate in Salta; and on Wednesday 14, it will make its way through the heart of our country, the province of Córdoba.

The Standard 69 Restaurant Villa Warcalde branch of renowned chef Javier Rodriguez will host the cuisine that was born in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay and became famous for its inspired “sea, land and fire”.in an event designed to live a gourmet experience guided through a three-step menu.

The proposal consists of generating a unique concept in each city it visits, contributing La Huella’s spirit, product, brand and team; and fusing it with the local identity, that is, with the raw material of the environment, its customs and its people. Dinner will begin with a wide range of tapas to suit all tastes, including ceviche, kale croquettes, shrimp empanadas, eggplant and tomato tostadas and lamb, fennel and sriracha tartare, among other options. For the main course, there will be a choice between black rice and grilled fish with cabbage and mustard mix. For dessert, you can enjoy a meringue or a dulce de leche volcano.

All the food will be paired with Rutini Wines wines, from its lines Rutini Collection y Single Vineyardamong others. It will be a meeting of friends, wines and delicacies in an unforgettable evening.
