July 2023: Outings that invite you to brave the cold

With the low temperatures it is interesting to have proposals that inspire to go out and enjoy delicious flavors in warm environments and with good wines to accompany them.

For this month we have some attractive suggestions to take note of, considering that Friend’s Day and the winter vacations are two perfect opportunities to plan rich experiences.

On the evening of Wednesday 12, the Trufa restaurant in Pilar will offer a delicious menu of steps accompanied by wines from the Rutini Collection. The first of these will be an orange-scented muffin with pine mushroom mousse. This will be followed by southern cheeses with topinambur and tomato and chili jam; then truffled liver pâté with cranberry biscotti. The main course will be osso buco ravioli with cooking juice and then nino bergese with truffled yolk and fresh truffle slice to close with a dessert of pears with creamy patagonzola and hazelnut caramelization. Guest chefs Denise Sequerol and Ana Gianini.

Meanwhile, Nuva Café, located in the historic district of San Isidro, will have a special proposal to celebrate Friend’s Day, on July 20, harmonized with the Trumpeter line .

Winter outings in Patagonia

For those who are resting in the south of Argentina, more precisely in San Carlos de Bariloche, the Hotel Pire Hue Base del Cerro Catedralwill publish a new cycle of Fireplace Fridays accompanied with wines from the Rutini Collection. You will be able to enjoy relaxing moments in the living room of this prestigious hotel while enjoying the highest gastronomy during the whole winter season.

And, as every year, the new edition of the Rutini Gourmet Experience in Patagonia will begin in early August. As last summer, the event will take place in three locations: San Martín de los Andes, Villa La Angostura and San Carlos de Bariloche. It will be inaugurated on Monday, August 7 and will conclude on Monday, September 4.
