It will be organized in four steps, and you will be able to taste smoked trout and fresh oysters among other delicacies. The entire menu will be paired with Rutini Wines wines: Dominio Rutini Chardonnay, Dominio Rutini Malbec y Dominio Rutini Extra Brut. On Wednesday 18, the Parador La Huella will visit the Crizia Restaurant – Fitz Roy 1819, Palermo Hollywood – bringing its spirit, product and equipment to the exquisite signature cuisine of chef Gabriel Oggero.
