We share here some proposals for outings for this month that is beginning and that combine special atmospheres with some of our best labels.
Program in Patagonia
The Rutini Experience in Patagonia Winter 2023 edition will take place from August 7 to September 4 and will include guided tastings, games and meals in the most spectacular scenery of southern Argentina.
As part of this series of meetings, on Saturday 19 will be the turn of the Correntoso Lake & River Hotel, which will host an exquisite 5-course dinner paired with wines from the Colección Rutini and Dominio lines. Reservations can be made by calling (011) 4803-0030.
In Buenos Aires
On Wednesday 16, the restaurant Trufa -R. Caamaño 1370, Pilar – will offer a special menu also accompanied by wines from the Rutini Collection. Reservations: (011) 5060-1516.
A very attractive proposal is that of Crizia Restaurant -Fitz Roy 1819, Palermo Hollywood- in which we will be the wine cellar of the month, with a renewed menu of open steps with the Dominio line. The delicious signature cuisine of chef Gabriel Oggero will offer the sommelier’s suggestion of Extra Brut sparkling wine as a welcome drink, as well as a flight of wines and gastronomic creations accompanied by Malbec and Chardonnay, all from the same line. Another alternative will take place during the week of August 15 to 20, when Pinot Noir – which celebrates its day on August 18 – will be honored at Massey Familia Restaurant – Av. Cerviño 3883, CABA – with a special menu. As a starter, diners will be able to savor French-style campagna pâté with sweet pear pickles and toasted sourdough country bread or Patagonian trout croquettes, organic greens and aioli. The main course will delight with roasted pumpkin gnocchi, sap emulsion, toasted white sesame and Parmesan cheese or braised lamb lasagna, its braising stock and Patagonian mushrooms. To close the meal, napoleon will be served in sablée dough of pastry cream and dulce de leche with caramel sauce, blueberries and toasted hazelnuts.
