An Exceptional Gastronomic Evening at Alo’s with Chef Sergio Barroso

On September 8 we enjoyed the mastery of chef Sergio Barrosovisiting Buenos Aires, in particular in the kitchen of the Alo’s Restaurantin San Isidro, where he offered a attractive six-course menu accompanied by our wines.

Barroso, after a rich experience in Europe and working with the Adriá brothers, is currently the Executive Chef of the prestigious restaurant 040from Santiago, Chile, acclaimed as one of the most important 50 Best Restaurants Latamand whose techniques are celebrated avant-garde. He is also one of the outstanding candidates for the Best Chef 2022.

At Alo’s he prepared, together with the kitchen team, a menu that included avocado gazpacho, truffles and white fish as well as other ingredients and products as particular as yuzu, chochas and pil pil.

For the appetizers enjoyed a Rutini Apartado Nature 2016, which was followed by a Rutini Rutini Riesling Collection 2021, Rutini Rosé Collection 2021, Rutini Anthology LV 2019 and Rutini Apartado Gran Chardonnay 2018 for the next steps.
