Recipe: crinkled phyllo tart, paired with Rutini Colección Chardonnay

Crinkled phyllo tart with grapes and blue cheese, served with arugula salad

Juliana López May shares her recipe for a crinkled phyllo tart with grapes and blue cheese. It’s a spring dish to enjoy with a glass of Rutini Colección Chardonnay.

How do you pair a Chardonnay?

A good pairing balances harmony and contrast in flavor, texture and aroma. In this dish, crisp phyllo, bold blue cheese and the sweetness of grapes and custard come together in every bite.

Rutini Colección Chardonnay is the wine for this dish. Its subtle vanilla note complements the custard. Its tropical fruit aromas balance the intensity of the blue cheese.
