Simple and delicious: The ideal recipe for pairing with a Cabernet Franc

Juliana Lopez May, brings you her secrets. In this season of celebration and gathering, surprise your guests by preparing the recipe of marinated chicken skewers spiced with barbecue.
Ingredients: For 4 people
For the skewers:
2 chicken breasts in cubes or slices 
Coriander seeds
Cumin seeds
1 garlic clove 
Dried mint
Merkén
To paint them:
1 cup vinegar, soy, honey and barbecue reduction 
Cilantro or chives 
Salt and pepper 
Olive oil
Procedure:
Cut the chicken into slices and cubes, marinate for 2 hours with all the spices and herbs in the refrigerator. 
To assemble: place the bamboo sticks in water for a few minutes, if using metal ones, do it right away.
Then dry them and assemble the skewers by placing the cut chicken on them. 
Place on a hot grill or griddle and brown on both sides, then brush with the reduction. Finish cooking by brushing them several times.
To finish add fresh cilantro.
