Winery
With an annual production of eight and a half million liters in permanent growth, we have facilities under the highest safety and hygiene measures for the production of our wines in Tupungato, Uco Valley.
Its building was constructed in 2009 in order to minimize the distance between the point of harvest and processing, thus avoiding long transfers and prioritizing the highest quality.
For production, we have different types of containers, several of them of our own design as a result of our vocation for innovation, permanent experimentation and the ideas contributed by our winemaking team.
The 60 roll fermentors of 600 liters each, destined to the microfermentations of red grapes for the highest lines and blends, stand out. Also the 500 liter barrels for white and rosé wines, whose larger volume decreases the contact of the wood with the wine and gives rise to subtle notes. Let us not forget to mention our 2500 liter 12 perlé foudre, which is key for the pressurized fermentation of red grapes, as well as diamond tanks and conical tanks, among multiple resources at the service of quality and oenological precision.
Large space in the second basement of our winery with controlled temperature and humidity where we permanently store about 6500 barrels. The lot consists almost entirely of French oak barrels, in which our wines rest until they obtain their best profiles that are destined to the different lines according to their style and quality. They are supplied by different cooperages with characteristics typical of the forests and climate of their various regions of origin in France.
