A great option is <\/b>Chardonnay Encounter<\/i><\/b><\/a> with its 9 months in French oak barrels of 30% of the blend. <\/span>Captivates with aromas of flowers and ripe fruit and surprises with notes of butter.<\/b> It will be a good combination with vegetable pie, chicken empanadas and grilled fish. <\/span><\/p>\n

If there is something that distinguishes this grape, it is its plasticity and, somehow, the perfect harmony with barrel aging, providing a splendid result, especially in the coldest season of the year.<\/b> These days are ideal for enjoying a <\/span>Rutini Chardonnay Collection<\/i><\/b><\/a> (9 months in French oak barrels), with a cheese souffl\u00e9, stuffed puff pastries or pasta with cream or butter sauce. <\/span><\/p>\n

Somewhat shy at first but then consistent, citric and very fresh from the second sip; this is how it presents itself. <\/b>Chardonnay Estate<\/i><\/b><\/a> which has a rest in oak 10 months of 40% of the cut.
