What is the Harvest? <\/span><\/h5>\n

The long-awaited days are here, when the work, the care and the yearning of a whole year are summed up.
\nWith the harvest, <\/span>Nature puts its fruits in our hands so that our winemakers can deploy their art, their experience and their wisdom in search of the balanced, top quality wines with which we want to fill our glasses.<\/b> in search of balanced wines, of the highest quality, with which we want to fill our glasses. <\/span> <\/p>\n

It is a time of constant work on the farms, of longer and busier days, of enthusiasm and expectation.
\nThe fruits are scrutinized to reach the point of optimum ripeness, the weather plays a determining factor with its variables that can accelerate or slow down the process: heat, rain, hail, contingencies that can mark or change the rhythm of each day and night.
\nNighttime favors the harvest of white grapes, which avoid premature oxidation, while daytime is a better time to harvest red varieties. <\/span>The constant is the work of men and women – in addition to the ever-valuable help of high technology – who, with their expert hands and effort, make the dream of the harvest come true.<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Each harvest is unique and our team understands that. <\/span>Quality is the priority and this is achieved by combining the use of technological resources with the manual skills and delicacy that is characteristic of the company.<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

At Rutini, the grapes for the high-end wines are harvested exclusively by hand.<\/b> in order to avoid <\/span>the breakage of the grains, which are then transported to the warehouse to pass through the <\/span>optical selector<\/span><\/a>The maximum throughput is 8,000 kg\/hour, so that on days when large volumes are received, an important part of the grain selection is done manually. <\/span><\/p>\n

Our facilities also have a cold chamber where the grapes are kept in optimal conditions while waiting to be processed.
