style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup cooked quinoa<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup cooked chickpeas (canned, rinsed and drained)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 ripe avocado, diced<\/span><\/li>\n<li the dressing over the salad and mix well so that all the ingredients are evenly coated.<br \/>\nFinally, let the salad rest in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes before serving to allow the
