In June <\/span>The Parador La Huella<\/span><\/a> becomes itinerant, displaying his creations in three provinces of our country.\nOn Thursday 8 will be presented in <\/span>Casa Cassis<\/span><\/a>in Bariloche, R\u00edo Negro; on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 it will delight diners at <\/span>La Rosa – Patios de Cafayate<\/span><\/a> in Salta; and on Wednesday 14, it will make its way through the heart of our country, the province of C\u00f3rdoba. <\/span> <\/p>\n\n

The <\/span>Standard 69 Restaurant<\/span><\/a> Villa Warcalde branch of renowned chef Javier Rodriguez will host the cuisine that was born in Jose Ignacio, Uruguay and became famous for its inspired <\/span>“sea, land and fire”.<\/span><\/i>in an event designed to live a gourmet experience guided through a three-step menu.<\/span><\/p>\n\n

The proposal consists of generating a unique concept in each city it visits, contributing La Huella’s spirit, product, brand and team; and fusing it with the local identity, that is, with the raw material of the environment, its customs and its people.\nDinner will begin with a wide range of tapas to suit all tastes, including ceviche, kale croquettes, shrimp empanadas, eggplant and tomato tostadas and lamb, fennel and sriracha tartare, among other options.\nFor the main course, there will be a choice between black rice and grilled fish with cabbage and mustard mix.\nFor dessert, you can enjoy a meringue or a dulce de leche volcano. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

All the food will be paired with Rutini Wines wines, from its lines <\/span>Rutini Collection<\/span><\/a> y <\/span>Single Vineyard<\/span><\/a>among others.\nIt will be a meeting of friends, wines and delicacies in an unforgettable evening. <\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
