{"id":22544,"date":"2018-07-06T14:55:11","date_gmt":"2018-07-06T17:55:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rutiniwines.com\/mauro-colagrecos-mirazur-the-argentine-restaurant-at-the-top-of-the-gastronomic-world\/"},"modified":"2018-07-06T14:55:11","modified_gmt":"2018-07-06T17:55:11","slug":"mauro-colagrecos-mirazur-the-argentine-restaurant-at-the-top-of-the-gastronomic-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rutiniwines.com\/en\/mauro-colagrecos-mirazur-the-argentine-restaurant-at-the-top-of-the-gastronomic-world\/","title":{"rendered":"Mauro Colagreco&#8217;s Mirazur: The Argentine Restaurant at the Top of the Gastronomic World"},"content":{"rendered":"<h5 style=\"text-align: left;\">Mauro Colagreco&#8217;s Mirazur: The Argentine Restaurant at the Top of the Gastronomic World<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">France seems to be the promised land for Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco.<br \/>\nSince his arrival in 2001, there seems to be no end to the good news.<br \/>\nThe most recent is that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mirazur.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mirazur<\/a>, the restaurant he opened in 2006 in a small town on the C\u00f4te d&#8217;Azur, was ranked third in the list of the world&#8217;s fifty best restaurants<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theworlds50best.com\/list\/1-50-winners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">(The World&#8217;s 50 Best Restaurants<\/a>).  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We could say that Mirazur was a success from the very beginning.<br \/>\nAlready six months after opening, it was considered &#8216;Revelation of the Year&#8217; by the &#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gaultmillau.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gault&amp;Millau<\/a> Guide&#8217;. In 2007 it obtained its first Michelin star and the following year it entered the list of the 100 best restaurants in the world. From then on, Colagreco and his team did not stop receiving distinctions of all kinds from the most renowned specialists on the planet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you sit at the table at Mirazur, the only option is surprise, and it seems to be a pleasant surprise by all accounts.<br \/>\nThe menu is not pre-established because the maxim that governs Colagreco&#8217;s cuisine is to make the most of the freshest products available for that day, which is always unique and unrepeatable.<br \/>\nThe sea, the mountains, the vegetable garden and the local market are the sources of Colagreco&#8217;s inspiration.<br \/>\nHis wine list, on the other hand, does allow you to choose from a carefully selected list in which Rutini Wines is present.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In November 2017, Colagreco took part in an innovative culinary experience: he exchanged kitchens with Mexican chef <a href=\"http:\/\/www.quintonil.com\/es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jorge Vallejo<\/a>, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">his restaurant Quintonil is currently ranked #11 (The World&#8217;s 50 Best Restaurants).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<br \/>\nDurante una semana los restaurantes Mirazur y Quintonil intercambiaron su staff.<br \/>\nColagreco hizo lo que mejor sabe hacer: sali\u00f3 a buscar los mejores productos locales y se dej\u00f3 llevar por ellos.<br \/>\nVallejo hizo otro tanto en la Costa Azul.<br \/>\nRutini Wines acompa\u00f1\u00f3 la experiencia con sus etiquetas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rutiniwines.com\/apartado\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Apartado<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rutiniwines.com\/antologia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Antolog\u00eda<\/a>.    <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is not the first time nor the last time that Mauro moves and exchanges fires with world gastronomy referents, since he has replicated this format with great chefs such as: <a href=\"http:\/\/eatatgaggan.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gaggan<\/a> in Bangkok; <\/span>David Kinch in California; <a href=\"http:\/\/noma.dk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ren\u00e9 Redzepi<\/a> in Copenhagen; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.domrestaurante.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alex Atala<\/a> in S\u00e3o Paulo; Yoshihiro Narisawa in Tokyo; Andoni Luis Aduriz in Errenteria; <a href=\"http:\/\/centralrestaurante.com.pe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Virgilio Mart\u00ednez V\u00e9liz<\/a> in Barranco; Emmanuel Renaut in Meg\u00e8ve;
