the pleasure of seeing his master Michel Bras in Buenos Aires.<br \/>\nOn October 10, the famous French chef will visit Pablo Rivero&#8217;s grill in Palermo to offer an exclusive dinner for the benefit of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/lasonrisadelchaco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le Sourire<\/a> (&#8220;the smile&#8221;) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/lasonrisadelchaco\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Foundation<\/a> in the province of Chaco.<br \/>\nThose who attend this dinner will be able to taste, among other things, the classic Coulant au chocolat accompanied by a Rutini Wines <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rutiniwines.com\/rutini-delicatessen\/encabezado\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">2004 Encabezado de malbec.<\/a><br \/>\nWhat today is known worldwide as &#8220;chocolate volcano&#8221; is an invention of Michel Bras in the early 1980s.<br \/>\nHis inspiration came from drinking a hot chocolate after a strenuous and freezing cold day of skiing.      <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3763 alignright\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 394px) 100vw, 394px\" \/>  Michel started his way in the kitchen following in the footsteps of his mother, who was the one who started a restaurant in that small village in the Aubrac region.<br \/>\nThere he served homemade and well-prepared food, mainly for the workers of the area.<br \/>\nIn 1968 Michel, together with his wife Ginette, took over that establishment and together they brought it to another level of excellence, without giving up the sincerity with which his mother worked.<br \/>\nIn 1992 Michel created the restaurant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bras.fr\/en\/en-le-suquet\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Le Suquet<\/a>, located on a promontory overlooking Laguiole, France.<br \/>\nHis dishes are a faithful reflection of the region&#8217;s ingredients. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now his son S\u00e9bastien has taken over Le Suquet, thus maintaining the family tradition and the solid prestige of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bras.fr\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bras<\/a> that goes back three generations.<\/span> In recent years Michel has been retiring and S\u00e9bastien has taken over the reins of the family kitchen.<br \/>\nLast year they surprised the world by renouncing the three Michelin stars that Le Suquet had.<br \/>\nThey claimed they were unwilling to keep up with the frenetic
