We care for the environment and the quality of the grapes used in our wines: Sustainability<\/h1>\n\n

One of the fundamental aspects of our production is related to the environment, food safety and the maximum care of raw materials.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n\n

Care for the environment and the quality of the grapes from which we make our wines is a major concern, as is the health and safety of our environment and of those involved in the entire process.<\/b> for the production of our wines.\nWe believe that they are an inseparable part of the quality of our products. <\/span><\/p>\n\n

As a result of this concern, in 2020 the first certification of the Gualtallary and El Cepillo Farms was carried out.\nThen, in 2021, the Rivadavia, Maip\u00fa and La Consulta estates were added to its scope.\nIn this way <\/span>we have the totality of our cultivated surface area certified by <\/b>GLOBAL G.A.P<\/b><\/a>, an internationally recognized European standard for agricultural and livestock production.<\/b>. <\/span> <\/p>\n\n

What does certification guarantee?<\/b><\/p>\n\n

GLOBAL G.A.P. certification is the result of years of extensive research and collaboration with industry experts, producers and retailers around the globe. <\/span>The goal is to achieve safe and sustainable production in order to benefit producers, retailers and consumers around the world.<\/b>. <\/span> <\/p>\n\n

Our five farms were certified under Version 5.3, recognized by GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative).\nWith regard to grape cultivation, the standard <\/span>Global G.A.P<\/span><\/a> is designed for the certification of fruits and vegetables that are exported and consumed fresh.\nIn the case of the winery, even though the grapes are processed, the certification <\/span>ensures the reception of high quality and safe raw material, thus supporting the ISO 22000 certified system.<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n
