At this time of the year we are naturally inclined towards tastes that offer us lightness and freshness, and that is why we share the characteristics and possible pairings with two particular proposals of our portfolio.<\/b>That is why we share the characteristics and possible pairings with two particular proposals from our portfolio: <\/span>Trumpeter Reserve Ros\u00e9 de Malbec<\/b><\/a>a ros\u00e9 made entirely with Malbec grapes from the Gualtallary Estate, and <\/span>Encuentro Brut Nature<\/b><\/a>, <\/b>a traditional method sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir grapes from the same estate.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first is produced with the method used in Provence (South of France), and is a crystalline ros\u00e9 wine with ruby-copper reflections.
\nIt has a subtle vanilla profile that frames the notes of fresh red fruits (cherry, strawberry and currant) with elegant floral touches that make it distinct. <\/span>It is easy to drink, friendly and sophisticated thanks to its freshness and smoothness in the mouth.<\/b>What to pair Trumpeter Ros\u00e9 de Malbec with?<\/b>Its floral profile and fresh fruit flavors are suitable to harmonize with carpaccio, cold pasta salads, vegetables and fish, soft soft cheeses such as burrata, morbier or fontina, and even poultry-based preparations, delicate sauces and aromatic herbs.<\/span>Encounter Brut Nature<\/b> is aged for 18 months on the lees. <\/span> It shows limpid coral and copper tones with onion skin nuances, as well as strings of small, fine bubbles.
\nThe subtlety of its aromas is reminiscent of floral notes and candied fruits. <\/span>An ample and refreshing sensation remains in the mouth and denotes the trace of its magnificent acidity and the soft aftertaste of nuts such as hazelnut.<\/b>What to combine with <\/b>Encuentro Brut Nature?<\/b>It is an elegant and complex sparkling wine that will achieve delicious agreements with salty or intense cheeses such as Gruy\u00e8re, blue or pecorino, preparations with lean meats such as beef or sirloin and tuber accompaniment, or hot options such as a monkfish and prawn ragout or a mushroom risotto.<\/span><\/p>\n
