style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The American Express Beach Club was the setting for one of the most exclusive events of the season: the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.americanexpress.com\/ar\/network\/beneficios\/amex-for-foodies.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gourmet Amex for Foodies<\/a> cycle at the brava of Jos\u00e9 Ignacio.\nRutini Wines was there to accompany two figures of the Argentine cuisine. <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/arambururesto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gonzalo Aramburu<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pedrobargero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pedro Bargero<\/a>, chefs of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.arambururesto.com.ar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aramburu<\/a> and Chila restaurants respectively, were in charge of the proposal.\nBoth are in the 50 Best Latam and are characterized by a subtle and elaborate line of cuisine.\nAramburu worked in New York with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.danielboulud.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Daniel Boulud<\/a>, in Chicago with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thetrotterproject.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charlie Trotter<\/a> and in Europe with the three Michelin-starred Mart\u00edn Berasategui.\nBargero also had a meteoric rise and his work career includes names such as Mauro Colagreco, who recently made headlines for being the first foreigner to get<a href=\"https:\/\/www.rutiniwines.com\/2019\/01\/23\/colagreco-lo-hizo-de-nuevo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> three Michelin stars for his restaurant Mirazur<\/a>, and David Toutain.     <\/span><\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1033\" height=\"581\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rutiniwines.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/amex-for-foodies.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4887\" srcset=\"https:\/\/rutiniwines.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/amex-for-foodies.jpg 1033w, https:\/\/rutiniwines.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/amex-for-foodies-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/rutiniwines.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/amex-for-foodies-1024x576.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/rutiniwines.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/amex-for-foodies-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1033px) 100vw, 1033px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The menu was agreed upon.\nTo put it together, they contacted their colleagues and friends in Punta del Este to find out which were the best products available.\nFor the reception they prepared trays of sushi paired with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rutiniwines.com\/coleccion-rutini\/extra-brut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rutini Extra Brut sparkling wine<\/a>.\nThey followed with grilled prawns with seasonal tomatoes as a first step.\nFor the second course, fish of the day: forkbeard with yeast and roasted leeks accompanied with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rutiniwines.com\/coleccion-rutini\/pinot-noir\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rutini Pinot Noir.<\/a>\nThe third course was lamb with charred cabbage in a clay oven, with yogurt sauce, served with <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rutiniwines.com\/coleccion-rutini\/cabernet-malbec\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rutini Cabernet Malbec<\/a>.\nFor dessert, goat&#8217;s milk ice cream with cherries and beets was served.      <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The end result was a menu of varied
