Os  <\/span><b>bolo no formato de uma roda de bicicleta<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  foi obra do chef confeiteiro Louis-Durand: apaixonado por assistir a essa corrida, ele deu uma amostra de sua cria\u00e7\u00e3o a outro espectador, o jornalista Pierre Giffard, considerado por muitos como o pai da reportagem moderna.\nEntusiasmado com o doce, ele o elogiou em seus artigos de jornal, popularizando-o em todo o pa\u00eds. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9clair.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Seja o original, de chocolate ou caf\u00e9, ou em qualquer uma das atuais e quase infinitas variedades de lim\u00e3o, ma\u00e7\u00e3, maracuj\u00e1&#8230; <\/span><b>o nome franc\u00eas desse doce atemporal significa &#8220;raio&#8221;.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  (porque \u00e9 comido em um segundo, como a velocidade de um raio).\nTamb\u00e9m se diz que nasceu no in\u00edcio do s\u00e9culo XIX e que o grande Antonin Car\u00eame foi o respons\u00e1vel por ele. <\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Millefeuille.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Foi Fran\u00e7ois Pierre de La Varenne quem inventou o primeiro Mille-feuille, publicado em seu livro &#8220;Cuisinier Fran\u00e7ois&#8221; em 1651.\nEle foi aperfei\u00e7oado por Antonin Car\u00eame.\nAl\u00e9m disso, em 1867, esse    <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">p\u00e2tisserie<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ficou famosa gra\u00e7as ao chef confeiteiro Aldophe Seugnot, que a vendia em sua loja na rue du Bac, 18, em Paris.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Baba au rhum<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou simplesmente baba.\nEssa deliciosa coroa \u00e9 uma das sobremesas mais antigas do livro de receitas franc\u00eas.\nFoi em meados do s\u00e9culo XVIII que o rei Stanislas da Pol\u00f4nia, exilado em Paris, recebeu um Kouglof ressecado de seu pa\u00eds, e seu chef confeiteiro, Nicolas Stohrer, decidiu consert\u00e1-lo.    <\/span><b>recheando-o com creme e mergulhando-o no vinho de M\u00e1laga.  <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(Mais tarde, ele style=\"font-weight: 400;\">chamado &#8220;Obelias&#8221; (oferenda) &#8211; foi criado pelos gregos h\u00e1 7.000 anos.\nEsse bolo, feito com farinha e mel, servia como oferenda aos seus deuses.\nA palavra &#8220;pastel&#8221; tem sua origem no grego &#8220;past\u00e9&#8221;, que na antiguidade era o nome dado a uma mistura de farinha e molhos.    <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante o reinado de Carlos IX na Fran\u00e7a (1560 a 1574), surgiu a primeira Corpora\u00e7\u00e3o de Confeiteiros, encarregada de regular o aprendizado do of\u00edcio.\nTamb\u00e9m surgiram sorvetes, petisserie e pithiviers.\nEm 1566, o rei Carlos IX concedeu aos confeiteiros o t\u00edtulo de &#8220;Mestres da arte da confeitaria&#8221;, de modo que o com\u00e9rcio j\u00e1 estava profissionalizado.  <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Os croissants nasceram em Viena, da\u00ed o nome <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">viennoiserie<\/span><\/i><span
