Pampa Roja at the Alvear Grill: Haute Cuisine in Buenos Aires
“All plotted so that the experience is sealed from side and side.”

With these words Flor Borsani and Mariano Braga describe what they do at Pampa Roja, the multi-awarded restaurant they run together in Santa Rosa, La Pampa. The same could be said of the evening they prepare at the Alvear Grill together with Sergio González Crubellier for next Tuesday, November 13: everything is ready to brand those who attend.

Flor Borsani, chef and owner of Pampa Roja together with sommelier Mariano Braga, will work side by side with Sergio González Crubellier to elaborate a four-handed menu. The wines will be provided by Rutini Wines.

Alvear Grill is the new gastronomic proposal offered by Hotel Alvear since July 14 of this year, when La Bourgogne, the traditional establishment run by Jean Paul Bondoux, said goodbye with a special dinner. Sergio González Crubellier is the chef in charge of this meat-oriented renovation.

Pampa Roja has been distinguished as the best restaurant in Argentina in 2018 by the prestigious British Luxury Travel Guide. Its wine list has been highlighted with the Best Short Wine List Central & South America distinction for three consecutive years. Its landing in Buenos Aires by the hand of Alvear Grill is excellent news. It will undoubtedly be a unique night.

These are the steps of the menu proposed for the night of 11/13 along with a unique selection of Rutini Wines:
