The Malbec is The nose is very aromatic and surprising for its intense floral (violet) and fruity (cherry, plum, blueberry) aromas. It presents a very voluminous palate, where displays a unique expression of both the Malbec grape variety and the terroir from which it originates..

The Cabernet Franc is intense and bright purple in color. It has fragrant accents of fresh and jammy red fruit (morello cherry), well nuanced with light menthol touches, as well as notes of vanilla and tobacco, typical of oak aging. The entry on the palate reveals soft and sweet tannins. It is the owner of great finesse, expressed in its round and distinguished profile and also in the vibrant aftertaste. It has a pleasant persistence. It goes very well with grilled or baked beef steak, with tofu and vegetable cannelloni, or with Patagonian lamb.
