Latin American Cuisine Encounter at Alo’s: Gastronomic Event
Last February 28th, Alo’sAlejandro Féraud’s bistró, invited to the prestigious Chef Tássia Magalhaães by Nelita (Brazil) and to Benjamin Nastchef of the restaurant Demencia (Chile), to celebrate an event that delights with flavors of Latin American cuisine in an exquisite five-course menu.
After the welcome drink with Rutini Brut Nature Collectiondiners were able to enjoy a variety of snacks such as mushroom croquettes with nira mayonnaise, oysters accompanied with kiwi and melon, and dashi ice cream with caviar, harmonized with Nature 2016 section. The first step consisted of a trout tuna pistachio (jalapeño) accompanied with Rutini Gewürztraminer Collection 2022The wine was also chosen for the second course of smoked prawns with Acerola tomato.
The third and fourth course were harmonized with Apartado Gran Chardonnay 2018The first dish was a black hake with pil pil and then Agnolotti of goat cheese, lemon and black garlic.
Finally in the fifth step, Magret of duck, beet and cherry was served with a choice between Rutini Pinot Noir Collection 2020 y Anthology 38.
To close the evening, frozen oranges were savored between crunchy seaweed and a brioche dessert with cured egg yolk and banana with Vin Doux Naturel 2018.
The restaurant Nelita is in 39th place in the ranking Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants and is very well known in Brazilian gastronomy. Dementiais known for its fine dining accompanied by a conceptual experience focused on the circus world.
