Rutini achieves Master Medal at The Global Malbec Masters

Rutini Apartado Gran Malbec 2023 was awarded with a Master Medal, the highest accolade at The Global Malbec Masters 2026 hosted by The Drinks Business. Only seven labels worldwide received this distinction in this year’s competition.

The Global Malbec Masters is one of the most prestigious competitions, bringing together Masters of Wine, Master Sommeliers, and senior wine buyers each year to evaluate the finest Malbecs from around the globe.

“A complex nose of blackberry, damson, tangerine, lavender, roses and some garrigue herbs with a touch of white chocolate. On the palate the fruit is bright and elegant, layered with bramble and plum, dense but never soupy, and with a really ripe freshness. The oak spice is polished and elegant, the tannins supple and the whole structure and, above all, truly delicious. It was hard to tone down the superlatives for this really lovely wine.”
