The Gastronomic Summit: Haute Cuisine Event

Santiago Macias are some of the names that will be present at The Gastronomic SummitItis anevent organized mainly by chefs for chefs, but it will also be open to anyone interested in the world of food.

Just 90 kilometers from the city of Córdoba, in the stunning landscape of La Cumbre, workshops and lectures will be held in two auditoriums between 10 am and 4 pm each day.

The presentation will include activities in nature and a small market with local products, to learn about and taste the flavors of the area. The talk scheduled for the presentation, “The story behind the product”, by the host Santiago Blondel Chef of the restaurant Gapasai installed 10 years ago in La Cumbre, already gives us a guideline of the imprint of this meeting: make the most of the local environment of the kitchen and value native products, without turning its back on the latest trends in the international culinary world.
The program highlights concepts such as agroecology, food sovereignty, permaculture, sustainability and slow food cuisine.
