Tim Atkin 2024 Scores: Our featured wines

We present the labels highlighted with high scores by the celebrated British journalist and Master of Wine, Tim Atkin. This is a significant achievement that reflects the commitment to quality and excellence in our work.

Here we share the labels and recommendations of dishes with which to elevate the experience and further appreciate its qualities.

Brut Nature 2019 – 96 points

Aged for 36 months on the lees, this sparkling wine combines 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Its aromas evoke fresh quince, citrus, white fruits and toast. On the palate, its delicate freshness is complemented by a subtle creaminess for a clean, elegant finish.

It will be a good agreement to accompany it with a mushroom risotto, a chicken curry, or with prosciutto and soft cheeses such as Brie or Camembert. Other great options will be fish and seafood such as sole and trout or prawns, anchovies and oysters.

Single Vineyard Cabernet Franc Gualtallary 2021 – 95 points

This sophisticated red wine offers fragrant accents of fresh and jammy red fruit on the nose, tinged with discreet hints of fresh mint and vanilla notes from the oak aging. The palate reveals soft tannins and a round, distinguished profile.

Because of its medium body, this Cabernet Franc is extremely versatile: it goes very well with red meats and stews in general, although it will also be a great choice to pair with rosemary chicken, lamb ragout with roasted eggplant and even vegetable cannelloni.

Single Vineyard Malbec Gualtallary 2021 – 95 points

This exponent of the most famous varietal in these latitudes is characterized by its intense aromas of violets, cherries, plums and blueberries. In the mouth it has a good volume that highlights the unique expression of the terroir where it comes from.

With a cellaring potential of 15 years, this structured red wine will pair well with baked rump steak, spicy chicken empanadas or well-seasoned stews.
