What does certification guarantee?

GLOBAL G.A.P. certification is the result of years of extensive research and collaboration with industry experts, producers and retailers around the globe. The goal is to achieve safe and sustainable production in order to benefit producers, retailers and consumers around the world..

Our five farms were certified under Version 5.3, recognized by GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). With regard to grape cultivation, the standard Global G.A.P is designed for the certification of fruits and vegetables that are exported and consumed fresh. In the case of the winery, even though the grapes are processed, the certification ensures the reception of high quality and safe raw material, thus supporting the ISO 22000 certified system..

The Certification GLOBAL G.A.P covers:
